On October 8, 2008, Oracle announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Primavera Software, Inc., a leading provider of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for project-intensive industries. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2008. Until the deal closes, each company will continue to operate independently. Primavera offers best-in-class solutions focused on the mission critical PPM requirements of key vertical industries including engineering and construction, public sector, aerospace and defense, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing and high tech, and IT and services. Primavera helps more than 5,000 global customers and over 2.5 million users propose, prioritize, select, plan, manage, and control complex projects. Primavera's PPM products, together with Oracle's project financials, human resources, supply chain management, product lifecycle management, business intelligence, and infrastructure software are expected to provide the first, comprehensive Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solution. This solution is expected to help companies optimize resources and the supply chain, reduce costs, manage changes, meet delivery dates, and ultimately make better decisions, all by using real-time data.

Today, Oracle announced it has agreed to acquire Primavera Software, Inc., a leading provider of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, to accelerate its momentum in delivering mission-critical operational applications. Primavera’s PPM software helps companies propose, prioritize and select project investments, and plan, manage and control the most complex projects and project portfolios. Together with Oracle’s applications and infrastructure software, Oracle expects to provide the first comprehensive enterprise project portfolio management solution that helps companies allocate the best resources, reduce costs, meet delivery dates and ultimately make better decisions, all by using real-time data. Oracle Enterprise PPM will be tailored to project-intensive industries such as engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, and professional services. Primavera employees and management are expected to join Oracle to form a global business unit (GBU) focused on Enterprise PPM, and to help ensure a smooth transition for Primavera customers and partners. Primavera’s CEO Joel Koppelman is expected to lead the business unit as Senior Vice President and General Manager. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2008. Until the deal closes, each company will continue to operate independently. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

مالكم ياعم ومال البرنامج سيبوه في حاله خليها تعمر
حبتها دى بلدى اللى انا اتمنتها كبرت وعرفت قيمتها دى ملهاش بديل انا نهار وليل فى سيرتها حكايتها وعيت على الحياه ديه لقيتها بلدى اللى فتحالى بيتها انا بغير عليها وبعلى فيها نوتها وناوتها هنا ناسى وحبايبى واهلى شوقى ليها كل يوم يندهلى هنا حياتى وحكاياتى هنا قضيت احلى سنين والحاجه اللى بتشرفنى ادام اى حد عارفنى ان انا مصرى كلمة مصرى يحلم بيها ناس تانين ايامها مافيش احلى من ايامها امانه ربنا مسلمها بحبك يا بلدى من جوه قلبى بقولها لو نبقى ايد واحده كده وبنقوى على اى محنه ونقرا ونفهم تاريخها هنشوفها فى عنينا جنه حبيتها هنا ناسى وحبايبى واهلى شوقى ليها كل يوم يندهلى هنا حياتى وحكاياتى هنا قضيت احلى سنين والحاجه اللى بتشرفنى ادام اى حد عارفنى ان انا مصرى كلمة مصرى يحلم بيها ناس تانين شجعها قول مصر قول سمعها دا كل العالم متباعها نزود حماسنا عشان بلدنا تباعها وضيوفها اهلا بكل ضيوفها عايزين ضيوفها تشوفها بلد الحضاره كرم الضيافه توصفها

أولاً ان حيبقي فيه ربط قوى جداً ما بين العاملين ع البريمافيرا " مهندسي مدنى " والعاملين ع الأوراكل " مهندسي الحاسبات وتقنية المعلومات " ودة حيقووووى الجبهتين جداً وحيبقى لكم صلاحيات الربط مع قواعد البيانات الأولى في العالم مع بقية مميزات الأوراكل ونفس الحال معنا _ لانه فيه برامج أبليكيشن تحتاج ادارة الأعمال الذى بدأت فيه الأوراكل منذ العهد القريب واكتسحت السوق بشراء بريمافيرا
وفي حاجة أخيرة أتوقع ان اسعار كورسات بريمافيرا ستكون أغلى عما قبل حسب ما أعتقد

ياراجل الكورسات هتغلي دي اصلا غالية طبيعي ربنا يستر ياريس
